Jackie is an experienced professional mediator and trainer in both workplace and family settings, having qualifications in management, mediation and training amongst other things. She is also a Professional Practice Consultant offering practice supervision to other mediators. Jackie has worked in all sectors – charitable, private and statutory, including the MOD.

 

For over 20 years, Jackie has worked alongside other professionals, either in a co-working or consultancy role, helping them to review their systems and implement better working practices.

 

Jackie is a firm believer in people being able to resolve their own conflicts with a little help.
